Week 1: Laying the Foundation

  • Workout Focus: Light cardio and strength training to warm up your body.
  • Nutrition Focus: Start by cleaning out your pantry and fridge, stocking up on healthy foods.
  • Mindfulness Focus: Practice deep breathing and meditation to reduce stress. I love to use the ABIDE app on my phone to guide me through this.
  • Spiritual Focus: Begin each day with a short devotional and quiet time with God.

Week 2: Building Momentum

  • Workout Focus: Increase the intensity of your workouts, incorporating more challenging exercises.
  • Nutrition Focus: Continue to make healthy food choices and experiment with new recipes.
  • Mindfulness Focus: Incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine, such as mindful eating and walking meditation.
  • Spiritual Focus: Spend time in prayer and scripture reading, seeking God’s guidance.

Week 3: Reaching New Heights

  • Workout Focus: Challenge yourself with high-intensity workouts. I have been loving to workout on a rebounder trampoline. I share more HERE
  • Nutrition Focus: Prioritize nutrient-dense foods like fruits, vegetables, and lean protein.
  • Mindfulness Focus: Practice yoga or other relaxation techniques to reduce tension.
  • Spiritual Focus: Join a small group or Bible study to connect with other believers.

Week 4: Rest and Renewal

  • Workout Focus: Take a rest day or two to allow your body to recover.
  • Nutrition Focus: Focus on hydration and replenishing your electrolytes.
  • Mindfulness Focus: Spend time in nature and connect with loved ones.
  • Spiritual Focus: Practice gratitude journaling and spend time in worship.

Week 5: Maintaining Your Progress

  • Workout Focus: Continue with your regular workout routine, adjusting as needed.
  • Nutrition Focus: Maintain healthy eating habits and avoid falling back into old patterns.
  • Mindfulness Focus: Practice gratitude and positive affirmations.
  • Spiritual Focus: Set aside time for daily prayer and Bible reading. This is a big priority for me. I have found starting my day with God makes such a difference.

Week 6: Celebrating Your Success

  • Workout Focus: Reward yourself with a fun activity like a hike or a dance class or maybe a new workout outfit. I know that always motivates me 😉
  • Nutrition Focus: Treat yourself to a healthy indulgence, like a dark chocolate bar or a special treat.
  • Mindfulness Focus: Reflect on your journey and set new goals for the future.
  • Spiritual Focus: Thank God for His blessings and guidance throughout the program.

Remember, consistency is key. By sticking to this plan and making small, sustainable changes, you can achieve your health and wellness goals, while deepening your spiritual connection.
