Because not that long ago, I was sitting on my bathroom floor with tears in my eyes, wondering how I got so lost. I was exhausted, irritable, overwhelmed… and totally numb. I didn’t feel like myself anymore. And the worst part? I felt like I had to keep pretending everything was fine.
